Chris Brown accused of nightclub fight

Chris Brown may be about to find himself in trouble with the law again.

The 27 year old singer was performing in the night club Aja Channelside in the early morning on Monday. The club owner claims that the singer continuesly asked the staff to stop photograph him.

When Chris saw Bennie taking a photo of the crowd he lost his mind.

According to TMZ, Bennie claims Chris ‘leapt over a couch and attacked him in a corner of the club’ and that he ended up with a split lip and a painful jaw, although it is unknown whether it has been broken the photographer has been seeking medical treatment.

Bennie now claims he was assaulted for doing his job, and he has reportedly filed an assault and battery report with cops.
